Friday mornings through July and August the Gladys E Kelly Public Library will be having a free Tai Chi class! Join Sifu Gary from the Kung Fu and Tai Chi Academy of New England for an hour of focused movement each week to hone your body, mind, and spirit for the day ahead. Classes will be held on the lawn, weather permitting, and students should wear comfortable clothing for movement and sneakers or walking shoes.
